A Somerville man who turned his music up after police asked him to turn it down early Saturday morning was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
Jackson Lindsay, 26, of 96 Line St., was playing loud music on his porch at 4:15 a.m. when police asked him to turn it down. For a short time he did but when officers turned to walk away, he turned the volume back up to a level that was louder than it had initially been, according to reports.
Police said Lindsay was stumbling around on his porch and
appeared intoxicated as the music blared.
Police entered the home and arrested Lindsay, charging him with disturbing the peace.
