I can't understand why protecting children appears to be the lowest priority for law enforcement. Not to mention the court systems. The majority of money and effort goes to gangs and drugs. I don't care if people do drugs until they are 6 feet under and I certainly don't care if gangbangers beat and kill eachother. However, I care a great deal about the most vulnerable among us. They are our future. We need vigilante justice.

Its appears that the Sexual Assault Team are overworked!

It appears that the sexual assault team is overworked and under staffed. I hope that the two officers that are assigned to that team are seeking assistance with the city's EAP Program. The City Of Somerville can't deny any future claims that they the team has't pleaded for help. I am concerned about the mental well being of the officers. I applaud them for all their hard work and dedication to the department.

It sounds like Officer Mulcahy is setting himself up for a dissability check

It sounds like Officer Mulcahy is setting himself up for a mental dissability claim with the City. I wouldn't be suprised if he went out on stress. It's obvious that he needs help? I hope this new chief does something about this.
