Who's represeneting the Somerville homeowners???

Fred Berman

The Director of Housing -- and a key participant in the discussions -- was Phil Ercolini; Paul Mackey left his job with the City (and role in the negotiations) and moved on to the Somerville Housing Authority shortly after the discussions began. Staffing the discussions and keeping track of our progress from meeting to meeting was Dana LeWinter, also with the City's OSPCD.

Homeowner concerns were well-represented in the discussions, as readers will see once the draft agreement makes its way to the public process.

Kudos to the Viewer from Prospect Hill for suspending judgment until that process begins.
