I don't see how Assembly Square would displace people. Do houses near IKEA go up in value? Its not like Harvard is opening up a campus there. Is it really going to be a dramatic change from what it is now? East Somerville has a t stop already, Sullivan Square, and the area around Sullivan Square is decidedly mixed income. Not sure where the concern is. Other opinions?
