known unkowns and unknown unknowns

By not selling it off, you have invested in the city. People don't buy houses in places they consider un-livable. This is more of an example of the kind of long term vision and decisions that are transient elected officials should have making all along. Instead, they are all Donald Trumps planning their escapes to Florida or New hampshire.

The same for this other issue. Lets compormise and find them a more suitable location.
