Another one of Kevins projects bites the dust. I would speculate as to why it did but my gut instinct is that there wasn't enough $$$ to go around to all that needed it. Kevin has the renovations down at the bar on lower Broadway. It would be interesting to find out if Kevin is paying prevailing wages to those workers which is partially funded by the Office of Strategic Planning, witht he support of the Mayor's office. We see the Russell trucks taking the trash away from the site, but is this trash being weighted in with the other City tipping fees? I bet that is being done too. Kevin is a smart man and as long as others get their $$$$, a turn of the head is all that is needed. Let's turn this one into the Feds. Oh, it already has been!!!!!!

Actually, it looks like the Durrell School Project has been revived; sorry to rain on your parade. And, yes, Kevin rather bright, wouldn't you agree?
