It is interesting how municipalities can deny due process and continue to issue violation notices that are not supported by fact or law. How do I get a copy of the actual complaint?

I'm in support of this action. MVTF are standing up for the best interests of our city. I don't understand why city officials continue to pull sneaky tricks and other things to push forward this development. And BTW, Sheldon and others WERE involved in the fight to stop the Stop & Shop - even if a grocery store in a "residential" neighborhood, bordered by a super highway, is considered a bad thing by some.

Do you both realize you are replying to a three-year-old article? A lot has happened between the city and MVTF and the developers since then. (And surely the name should be "Shelton".)
