November 29, 2007

If the developer notifies the city that they will be moving contaminated earth from the land, I think the city becomes the responsible party to notify the residents that it is happening. Letting the residents know well in advance is the right thing to do. Letting someone like this guy Russo run the show is the absolute wrong way to go.

Thank you Alderman Desmond for doing your job.

What i like to know is what are they going to do when they knock the building down. All the creatures that may be living there , were are they gona go when it is knocked down? We have homes with children next to that building. When we start with rodens and other things in our yard, we will be very upset.
And how about parking for the people that will be living there, and are these condos for low income ?
