theres seven people in the above picture. five of them are overweight. one looks like fat bastard from austin powers. these are our protectors. maybe the $30k was to buy more food to feed these lowlifes. fire the fatties, the punks and the crooked cops and there would be four left. driving around with cigars in their mouths and "gangsta" leans with cell phones attached to their ears, complete disregard for any residents other than their friends, in-fighting amongst themselves, beating up 14 year old kids and then lying about it, incompetent investigations, coverups left and right and now we have either the stupidest move ever or the cleverest scamjob depending on who you talk to. no wonder this city is screwed. it isnt just the paranoid mayor and his bumbling fool administration so dont kid yourself.

Fat Bastard!! Too funny... But I would want someone investigating if that were my grandmother.

The woman who was struck, Pierina Salemme, ended up dying on May 25th from complications due to the accident.

I am very sorry to hear this. Has the cause of the accident been determined?

I believe the investigation is still underway. Mrs. Salemme was my aunt, so her son (and my cousin) will be updated on the outcome as soon as it is available. From what I am hearing, she was running for the bus when she slipped and fell in front of one of the back wheels. I'm not 100% positive on this, so take it for what you will.
