Alleged thieves broke into the Cambridge Cemetery located on Coolidge
Avenue in Cambridge. The break-in incident allegedly occurred on Wednesday
evening after the 3:00-11pm shift had ended. .
According to sources, The culprits snapped off a padlock that secured the
gates located on the last of three gates of the cemetery. The alleged
thieves stole lawn and rider mowers that are used to cut the cemetery's
grass and are estimated at over $20,000.
Cambridge Cemetery Supervisor Jim Ryan and Cemetery Foreman Dominic
Fabreezio had no comment. The Cambridge Police Department is
investigating the matter.
